Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
General Policies
All performances unless otherwise stated are FRIDAY & SATURDAY at 8pm and SUNDAY at 3pm.
All latecomers will be seated at The CENTER’s discretion. For the convenience of our patrons, our box office opens one hour before all performances and seating begins one-half hour before all performances. Thanks for your compliance.
Tickets are nonrefundable.
Box Office
We prefer you purchase your tickets online, but for questions or special accommodations, our in-person Box Office has re-opened.
Call us at (845) 876-3080 or stop in during any of our open hours.
Box Office Hours:
Friday and Saturday: 2 - 4pm
If you need further assistance outside of Box Office hours, please contact boxoffice@centerforperformingarts.org and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (The CENTER for Performing Arts at Rhinebeck).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
